Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Use Policy for Q-Chat
Apr 10, 2026

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not do when using Q-Chat (qwen35.com). It applies to all accounts, visitors, subscribers, credit purchasers, and anyone using the service through an integration or shared workspace.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Q-Chat to create, request, distribute, promote, or facilitate:

  • illegal activity, fraud, deception, scams, phishing, or impersonation;
  • malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, or other cybersecurity abuse;
  • violence, terrorism, weapons construction, or instructions intended to cause physical harm;
  • child sexual abuse material or any sexual exploitation of minors;
  • sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, or other adult sexual content intended for sexual gratification;
  • harassment, stalking, hate, targeted abuse, or privacy violations;
  • self-harm encouragement, suicide promotion, or content designed to exploit vulnerable people;
  • infringement of intellectual property, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.

No Safety-Bypass Services

Q-Chat does not offer AI services designed to bypass product safeguards or remove content restrictions. You may not use the product to evade safeguards, remove safety restrictions, or create public-facing systems that deliberately bypass content controls without your own lawful and effective compliance layer.

Account and Platform Abuse

You may not:

  • share accounts in ways that violate plan limits;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service;
  • use bots or automation to avoid rate limits, billing rules, or usage restrictions;
  • resell access without our written authorization.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, files, and instructions you submit, and for reviewing any output before using it. If output could affect legal rights, safety, health, finances, employment, or compliance, you must validate it independently.

Content Moderation

Every chat and generation request sent to Q-Chat is screened server-side by mandatory content-safety filters before it reaches any model. These filters block prompts and outputs involving sexual content, sexual content involving minors, illegal harm, fraud, cybersecurity abuse, targeted harassment, and self-harm promotion. Requests classified as violations are refused, logged, and may trigger account review. Q-Chat does not offer an "uncensored" or "unfiltered" mode, and users may not attempt to disable, bypass, or circumvent these filters.

Enforcement

We may enforce this policy through a combination of automated filters, manual review, transaction controls, feature restrictions, and account-level actions. We may monitor for abuse signals, investigate potential violations, remove access to specific features, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel transactions where permitted, and report unlawful conduct when required.

Reporting

If you believe content or behavior on Q-Chat violates this policy, contact support@qwen35.com.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
