Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or otherwise using Q-Chat (qwen35.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Q-Chat is an independent paid AI product that gives users access to conversational AI features and, where available, additional AI generation tools through a web application. We may provide free usage tiers, recurring subscriptions, prepaid credits, and promotional access at our discretion.

Q-Chat is not affiliated with Alibaba Cloud or the official Qwen team unless we explicitly say otherwise. References to third-party models or providers describe compatibility or upstream services, not endorsement.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including prompts, generated output, purchases, and API or browser sessions initiated through your account.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

• Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prepaid credits, if offered, are consumed based on product usage and may expire only if we clearly disclose an expiration policy before purchase.
• Prices, plan limits, and included features may change prospectively. Changes will not retroactively reduce services already paid for during the current billing period unless required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for subscriptions, usage, taxes, and related fees.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel recurring subscriptions from the customer billing portal or other self-serve billing settings made available in the product. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel charges already incurred.

Refund eligibility is governed by our published Refund Policy. If these Terms and the Refund Policy conflict on refund handling, the Refund Policy controls for that issue.

Acceptable Use

You must follow our published Acceptable Use Policy. In addition, you agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
• attempt to bypass account limits, payment controls, security controls, or content safeguards;
• submit prompts or generate content that violates law, infringes rights, or facilitates harm;
• resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with normal service operation unless we expressly allow it in writing.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where needed to protect the service, users, third parties, or our providers.

AI Output and User Responsibility

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.

You are also responsible for the prompts, files, and other input you submit. You must have the rights needed to provide that input and to request the resulting output.

Third-Party Providers

Some service features depend on third-party infrastructure, model providers, hosting services, analytics tools, authentication services, and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or feature removals imposed by those providers, but we may change the service to maintain compliance or continuity.

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Q-Chat service, website design, software, branding, and original content, except for third-party materials and rights you retain in your own lawful input and output as provided by applicable law and our provider terms.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you except the limited right to use the service in accordance with them.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plan entitlements, supported models, or availability at any time. We may also impose rate limits, file limits, geographic restrictions, or review requirements for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific model behavior, output accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q-Chat and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment rules, or applicable law, or if continued access creates material legal, operational, or security risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
